Drop-In BBQ Grill
A gas grill built to drop into a counter or island, in four widths with either a hood or a lid.
The burners are cast stainless steel, configured so the heat sits where the food does, and the temperature control is responsive enough to run different meats across the grill at once. Ignition is a dual spark solid brass flame thrower.
Every model comes in full stainless steel or with a black stainless upgrade, and you choose between a hood and a lid at the same time as the size.
Cleaning is handled by a full-width slide-out drip tray and a fat trap. A commercial quality rotisserie kit is available as an option, and the optional cooking dome carries a hood-mounted thermometer.
